Sales Tax

State sales taxes are applied to all shipments within the State of Texas at the rate of 8.25%. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside Texas. State tax is charged in accordance with State law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by MindWorks Resources. Coupons & Special Offers

MindWorks Resources may from time-to-time issue coupons or special offers to selected customers or to the general public in the form of a specified dollar discount, a percentage discount, and/or free shipping. Coupons and special offers have no cash value and may not be refunded or exchanged for any other currency, goods, or services. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, coupons or other special offers are only valid for purchases made on MindWorksResources.com. Coupons or special offers may apply to only selected products or customers and may be limited to a certain number of uses and/or an expiration period, and may be changed or canceled at any time without prior notice. Coupons are valid one per customer per purchase and coupons may not be redeemed in conjunction with online Gift Cards or any other coupons, special offers, or discounts. MindWorks Resources may refuse to honor of any coupon or special offer at its sole discretion.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available for online use only and are not valid for use with purchase orders, physical store or convention orders, or other forms of offline orders. Gift Cards have no cash value and may not be refunded or exchanged for any other currency, goods, or services. Gift Cards are only valid for the original redeemer of the Gift Card and may not be transferred. Gift Cards may not be used to purchase additional Gift Cards and may not qualify towards free shipping offers or minimum orders. Gift Cards are subject to expiration specified on the card, and may be checked by entering the card into a registered customer's cart upon check-out or by contacting MindWorks Resources. Gift Cards entered will be automatically applied to the purchase price, and any purchase balance remaining will require additional forms of payment. Unused Gift Card balance will be retained as store credit for future purchases by the redeeming customer. Gift Cards may not be redeemed in conjunction with other coupon codes on the same order.

Shipping & Handling

MindWorksResources.com makes every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. We may use a combination of shipping carriers to ship your products to you.

Returns

MindWorks Resources wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return policy for items that are unused and unopened. Certain items are non-returnable - please check the product page for information on whether your item is non returnable. All purchase orders and line of credit transactions are non-returnable. If an item arrived damaged to you, MindWorks Resources will work with you to replace the defective merchandise.

Cancellations

MindWorks Resources works hard to ship out your order as quickly as possible. For this reason once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. Our Customer Care Representatives will try their best to assist you if you need to cancel your order -- please email or call us toll free. If we are unable to prevent the shipment, please see our return policy for information on returning your product. Cancellation of an item(s) may change or void discounts or promotions currently appearing on your order.

MindWorks Resources respects the rights of all individuals to elect to receive or not receive emails from MindWorksResources.com.

We periodically send informational, marketing, and/or newsletter emails to individuals who have indicated their consent and desire to receive such emails from MindWorks Resources.com, or as required to conduct a business transaction with a registered customer. We never share email addresses with any third party, except as required for operational procedures in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To remove your name from our mailing list(s), please use the following procedures. Registered customers may go to your account and deselect the option to receive emails from MindWorks Resources. All emails not required for the purpose of facilitating or fulfilling a specific transaction will contain an unsubscribe link that will allow you to unsubscribe from our mailing list(s).

Any individual who is both a registered customer and is registered on the MindWorks Friends email newsletter should BOTH update his/her account to not receive emails from MindWorks Resources AND unsubscribe from the MindWorks Friends newsletter.

While we work diligently to respect the wishes of our customers, it is possible for technology or human errors to occur. Therefore, you may also contact MindWorks Resources directly if you have difficulty or require assistance removing yourself from our list(s).

Complimentary Products

Some products may include a complimentary corresponding product(s). If multiple individual products are purchased that each qualify for a common complimentary product, MindWorks Resources will make its best efforts to determine and ship the appropriate number of complimentary products based on the nature of the items purchased and the fewest number of assumed individuals. If multiple individual items are being purchased that qualify for a common complimentary product, and each of the individual items is intended for a separate individual, please indicate the number of individuals on the purchase order or email customer service with your order number and the required number of complimentary products for that order prior to your order being shipped.
