Returns
MindWorks Resources wants to ensure that you
are completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. We offer a 30
day return policy for items that are unused, unopened and in resalable
condition. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and all
returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If any item arrived
damaged to you, MindWorks Resources will work with you to replace that
item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are considered
non-returnable. Such items include Gift Cards, clearance or closeout
products, special promotional offers, special orders, contract orders,
volume orders, and orders placed on a purchase order or line of credit.
Return Requests
If
your item is eligible for return, email
customerservice@mindworksresources.com to get a Return Authorization
Number assigned to your return. MindWorks Resources will not accept any
returns without a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the
return label. You can also contact our friendly Customer Care
Representatives to request a Return Authorization Number.
Return Processing Time
Please
allow up to 14 business days for MindWorks Resources warehouse to
receive, process and inspect the returned item(s). Any items received
that do not have a Return Authorization Number clearly listed on the
return label or any items received that do not meet the return
qualifications will be sent back to the customer at the customer's
expense, or if not returnable to the customer after reasonable efforts,
will be forfeited to MindWorks Resources without refund.
Credits and Refunds
All
returns made by a gift recipient will be issued a store credit for the
purchase price of the item only. All returns made by the Billing Party
will be issued a refund back to the payment method used to place the
order for the purchase price of the item only. Any and all shipping
costs/charges, shipping surcharges, gift wrapping fees and/or any
restocking fees are Non-Refundable. The return of an item(s) may change
or void discounts or promotions currently appearing on your order and
will be automatically deducted from the amount of the refund or billed
directly to the customer if greater than the refund difference.
Cancellations
MindWorks
Resources works hard to ship out your order as quickly as possible. For
this reason once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will
be able to cancel your order. Our Customer Care Representatives will
try their best to assist you in trying to cancel your order, please
email or call us toll free. If we are unable to prevent the shipment
from being processed, please see our return policy above for
information on returning your product. Cancellation of an item(s) may
change or void discounts or promotions currently appearing on your
order.
