Lynly Stephen

Lynly Stephen, CCC-SLP, is a certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with more than ten years experience specializing in inclusion therapy as a public school SLP, public speaker, and consultant to public and private schools.

Lynly received her B.A. in Communications Disorders from Abilene Christian University and her Master's of Science degree in Communication Sciences from Texas Women's University. She is an active member of the Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association (TSHA) where she serves as editor of the TSHA Communicologist. She is also an active member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) as well as the Learning Disabilities Association of Texas (LDAT).

Ms. Stephen has extensive experience working with a wide range of populations including language disorders, articulation, severe/profound mental retardation, autism, early childhood, and PPCD.

Lynly has presented continuing education workshops and seminars to countless education service centers, independent school districts and private schools, as well as consulting to school districts implementing complete inclusion programs district-wide. She has also presented ASHA, TSHA, and MSHA seminars, and is accredited for continuing education hours through TSHA.

As the founder and President of MindWorks Resources Incorporated, Ms. Stephen has authored multiple educational books on topics including language, literacy, inclusion/collaboration, and speech-language pathology, including the popular Language in the Classroom™ (LINC™) collaborative language program for SLPs, classroom teachers, and special educators. Through her company she has also created opportunities for numerous other talented educators to publish high quality, practical educational materials.
