This Privacy Policy does not apply to:
- Fox Den, our password-protected member platform, which is governed by its own separate terms and privacy policy presented at account registration.
- Curriculum, instructional materials, and other products purchased from MindWorks Resources, which are governed by the purchase and license terms applicable to your order.
- Any other MindWorks Resources content or service that has its own separate privacy policy that does not incorporate this Privacy Policy.
- Information collected offline, including information provided by phone, by email, or on a purchase order.
This Privacy Policy also does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including but not limited to:
- Products or sites that may be displayed to you in search results.
- Sites that may include MindWorks Resources content or services.
