Lynly

Lynly is the heart and soul of the company—though she’d never say it herself. She’s the kind of leader who makes everyone feel like family, always full of kindness, warmth, and an unwavering belief in the people around her.

A beautiful blend of contrasts, Lynly is rooted in southern values but full of surprises. She’s equal parts class and sass—just as happy dressed up for a night out as she is kicking up her heels on the dance floor. She’s rarely seen without a smile on her face and has a natural gift for seeing the best in people and every situation. Highly creative in all aspects of life, she’s always dreaming up new ideas, adding a thoughtful touch, or finding a way to make something just a little more beautiful. She loves deeply and shows it through thoughtful gifts, incredible meals, and the kind of genuine hospitality that makes everyone feel at home. Just don’t throw a ball at her—she cannot catch to save her life. But if you show up with chocolate-covered strawberries, you’ll have her heart forever.

Her passion for helping others began early, shaped by growing up with a brother with autism. That experience opened her eyes—and her heart—to the challenges faced by children and adults with developmental disabilities. It became the foundation for her lifelong commitment to making learning meaningful, joyful, and inclusive for every student.

An accomplished speech-language pathologist, author, trainer, and public speaker, Lynly brings unmatched heart and vision to every project. Whether she’s supporting educators or sparking joy in a student, she’s always focused on helping others believe in what they can become.

A proud “lacrosse mom” to some very large sons, Tiffany lives in Las Vegas, where she and her husband love to show off the city when friends and family come to visit. Whether they’re exploring funky restaurants, catching a spectacular show, or enjoying live music on the Strip, Tiffany embraces the energy and entertainment that make Vegas unforgettable. She’s a devoted Golden Knights fan, a lover of great travel and great music, and someone who’s always up for discovering a cool new spot or making memories over a delicious meal.

With nearly two decades of experience in education and training, Tiffany also brings serious skill to the table. She’s an experienced public speaker, a natural trainer, and a trusted guide for educators. As an Education Consultant, she’s masterful at helping customers design the perfect program to meet the needs of their unique students. A true road trip enthusiast, Lisa and her husband are always chasing the next scenic route, uncovering hidden gems, and diving headfirst into quirky local festivals—like the Chicken and Egg Festival in Arkansas, where she once celebrated the state’s poultry prowess. And if there’s a casino nearby? Even better. Lisa loves a little thrill, especially at the slots, where she’s been known to strike it lucky more than once.

She’s also the kind of person who says yes to just about anything—earning a private pilot’s license? Done. Driving an Army tank? Of course. That adventurous spirit follows her everywhere, including her work.

With 36 years of experience in education, Lisa has a deep, intuitive understanding of how children learn. A former 21st CCLC Program Director and longtime customer of MindWorks, she brings a powerful combination of practical insight and enthusiasm to her role. Lisa is masterful at helping educators choose the right resources for their students—and she’s passionate about putting high-quality materials into students' hands to help them become curious, confident, lifelong learners.

She grew up in Alaska (yes, she really had a pet moose), and today, she channels that same adventurous spirit into everything she does. From training her German Shepherds, performing magic tricks, and juggling for kids at her local church to treasure hunting with her metal detector, Shannon brings a sense of purpose and play to every corner of her life. She’s recovered hundreds of lost rings—many returned to their rightful owners—and has even been featured in treasure-hunting magazines.

Fiercely loyal, deeply empathetic, and just the right amount of competitive, Shannon is someone you want in your corner. She’s always ready to lend a hand, make someone laugh, or dive headfirst into a challenge.

She’s also been with MindWorks since day one. And while she jokingly threatens to quit if she’s asked to test one more toy, she’s all in. Shannon brings fearless creativity, sharp problem-solving, and a contagious enthusiasm to everything she touches. Though few know it, she studied Opera in college, adding a touch of the dramatic (in the best way) to everything she does. Whether she’s dazzling guests at one of her legendary parties or jetting off on her next global adventure (yes, even with a serious fear of flying), Becca brings big energy and unforgettable flair to every moment.

A natural communicator and born entertainer, Becca has a magnetic presence that draws people in. She makes everyone feel like they’re part of something special—whether she’s telling a hilarious story, throwing together a themed celebration, or lighting up a meeting with one of her signature Becca-isms. Amanda

With years of experience as a middle school teacher, Amanda has a special place in her heart for that wonderfully unpredictable age group. She connects with students through humor and authenticity, creating space for them to be themselves and stay curious. Her favorite philosophy? “Be a goldfish.” Let go of what’s behind you, keep swimming forward, and don’t forget to laugh along the way.

John

John is a true adventurer at heart, always seeking the next great road trip—but don’t expect him to book a hotel. He’d rather pitch a tent under the stars, make breakfast over a campfire, and take the scenic route whenever possible. For John, the journey is just as important as the destination.

His love of storytelling extends well beyond the open road. As an amateur actor and videographer, John knows how to capture attention and spark imagination—whether he’s behind the camera or performing on stage. He has a natural ability to bring stories to life, and that same creative energy shows up in everything he does.

John is also a dedicated community volunteer with a special passion for working with students, especially those in middle school. He’s spent years building connections with young people through mentorship, creativity, and shared laughter. Whether he’s working with students at a local program or helping out behind the scenes, John brings authenticity and heart to every interaction.

And if you’ve ever visited the State Fair of Texas, you may have unknowingly seen him in action. For years, he’s worked as a puppeteer there—entertaining families and bringing characters to life with charm and precision.

In his MindWorks products, John channels his passion and personality into every lesson he creates. From imaginative prompts to unexpected twists, his work is designed to spark curiosity and keep students engaged. He thrives in the unusual and the unique—bringing a spirit of adventure to everything he touches.

Meredith & Grant

Meredith grew up surrounded by educators, which gave her a lifelong admiration for the impact they make—and a deep sense of purpose in supporting their work. She channels that passion into marketing that’s both meaningful and strategic, always looking for ways to connect with people and make ideas stick. She’s known for going all-in when it comes to celebrating others—never missing a birthday, milestone, or excuse to gather people around a table. Whether she’s hosting dinner, planning an event, or knocking out a to-do list mid-flight, Meredith brings energy and intention to everything she does. Outside of work, you’ll find her on a sand volleyball court, trying a new restaurant, or turning a new recipe into a favorite. But at the office she leads our marketing efforts—bringing her creativity, love for educators, and big-picture thinking to everything from product launches to conferences and conventions.

Grant is the kind of person everyone wants as a friend—fun, loyal, creative, and effortlessly cool. A connoisseur of the obscure, he thrives on underground films, experimental music (ask him about King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard), and crafting the perfect cocktail. He has an unmatched love for live music, traveling to destinations all across the country for festivals and concerts, soaking in every beat, lyric, and electric atmosphere. For over a decade, Grant has been the go-to guy for fresh ideas and bold designs, shaping our brand with a creative edge that’s uniquely his. His depth, insight, and dedication to family, like his passion for artistry, runs deep—for his work as it does for his beloved nephews and niece.

Brooke & Melinda

Brooke has a keen eye for fashion and design. She loves the sun and any excuse to relax by the water. She has a fantastic sense of humor, surrounds herself with fun-loving people, embraces adventure, and is always willing to try something new at least once—sometimes twice. Naturally inquisitive and detail-oriented, she eagerly takes on new challenges, responsibilities, and is not afraid to tackle difficult problems. She is genuine and personable, and her team loves her. Combined with her years of experience and detailed knowledge of all aspects of the business, Brooke is an incredibly valuable Operations Manager.

Melinda is a walking contradiction in the best way possible—organized yet indecisive. If there’s a list to be made, she’s on it. A detail-oriented powerhouse, she keeps everything running smoothly, even if decision-making isn’t exactly her strong suit. Life with twins turned her world upside down in the best way, and after overcoming cancer, she embraces every moment with a newfound appreciation. She has a soft spot for historic places, a deep love for Joanna Gaines, and an almost spiritual connection to office supplies. Her dogs may drive her crazy, but a cold Dr. Pepper can fix just about anything. Melinda brings charm, precision, and humor to everything she does.

Colin, James, & Jeremy

Meet your logistics team—the backbone of our operations and the guys who get the hard, hot work done. Whether it’s organizing inventory, moving the right pieces at the right time, or managing delivery schedules, they handle it all with precision and grit.

With diverse skills and backgrounds, each of these three brings something unique to the table:

  • Disciplined: The one who keeps everyone on track, ensuring every order is processed with military precision.
  • Cool: Calm under pressure, not easily rattled, and loyal to the core, no matter how chaotic the day gets.
  • Quirky: Always ready with a joke or an unexpected fact, he keeps the team entertained while staying sharp on the job.

Outside of work, you'll find these guys hunting, country dancing, catering, contributing to Texas wildlife conservation, or revealing their softer sides by spending quality time with friends, caring for family, volunteering in the community, and maybe even a rare sighting at their daughter's cheer competition. Loyal, hardworking, and always ready to tackle the next challenge, this is a team you can count on—a great group of people who make the impossible look easy every day.

Deborah & Chelsea

Deborah has a kind heart and a fun, lighthearted spirit. Soft-spoken yet incredibly disciplined, she brings warmth and structure to everything she does. In a house divided between "Gig 'em Aggies" and "Hook 'em Horns", she navigates rivalries with humor and grace. She and her husband love hosting friends and family for homemade pizza nights in their outdoor oven, and she has a quirky love for small spoons and believes maple syrup deserves its own spot on the food pyramid. Deborah is an avid runner and even tackles Tough Mudders with her entire family, proving that determination runs in the blood. And it's that same determination and her meticulous attention to detail that help keep our finances running smoothly, making her an invaluable part of our team.

Chelsea is a true multi-talent, bringing creativity, skill, and a fearless spirit to everything she does. A trained vet tech with a special love for exotic animals, she’s just as comfortable handling a bearded dragon or zebra as she is brainstorming new ideas at MindWorks, where she thrives in an environment that challenges her knowledge and hands-on expertise. Outside of work, Chelsea’s artistic side takes center stage—sometimes literally. Whether she’s painting, acting in local productions, or stepping in as a stunt double for other actors, she’s always up for an adventure. Her ability to transform into different roles isn’t just for the stage; she brings that same adaptability and energy to the MindWorks team, making her a dynamic and invaluable part of the crew.

Eric

His beautiful wife and amazing family are his greatest blessings. Eric loves having fun but hates being the center of attention. A self-proclaimed "extroverted introvert," those closest to him would argue otherwise. He enjoys being social and working with others but needs a good recharge after too much peopling. He’s always up for new experiences, but at his core, he’s easy to please—preferring a honky-tonk over a trendy restaurant most days. However, don't be fooled. With a curious nature and taste for adventure, his varied interests often surprise even his inner circle!

At work, he prefers to operate behind the scenes, orchestrating processes and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Despite his more reserved social tendencies, those who work with him say he has plenty to say—he’s definitely an auditory learner and a teacher at heart. He doesn’t care who gets the credit; he values good ideas, initiative, innovation, and most of all, a job well done.

Our Lovable Foxes - Mindi & Milo

Mindi is the brains of the burrow—organized, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. With her beautiful cyan-blue eyes and confident smile, she’s the go-to fox for problem-solving, planning, and pulling everything together. Whether she’s leading a science experiment, organizing an art show, or teaching Milo how not to glue his paws together, Mindi brings clarity and calm to every adventure. She’s passionate about learning, loves a freshly sharpened pencil, and secretly keeps a chart of every time Milo gets distracted mid-task. Mindi believes that every kid has something amazing to express—and she’s here to help them discover it.

Milo is a bundle of energy wrapped in orange fur, always on the move and full of clever ideas. With bright green eyes and a mischievous grin, Milo is the master of turning everyday moments into playful learning. He’s known for starting projects without reading the instructions, inventing games on the fly, and turning anything into a race (even lunch). While he might lose his backpack occasionally (okay, often), he never loses his sense of wonder. Milo is all about exploring, experimenting, and finding fun in the unexpected—and he’s always ready to high-five a great idea.
